Fame is a poisonous, destructive force of unnatural nature. Not just for the material effects they have on the world, but for the psychological degradation it causes to both the famous and the fame-adjacent. You couldn’t pay me to be famous. No way. There’s a reason you hear so many stories about famous people acting like complete cu*ts. Fame itself is the poison. It should be cancelled and gotten rid of. Nevertheless, some people manage to remain inoculated against its worse effects and seem to remain decent human beings while famous.
