'Mad About You' Star Joins An Already Stacked 'Only Murders In The Building' Cast

I often go to Wikipedia to look up actors’ filmographies. It’s easy and mostly accurate. More often than not, the filmography is nestled snuggly towards the bottom of the actor’s page. You can open the article and, by year, find the project or projects you’re looking for. The credits will even be split up into sections depending on if the credits are film or TV. You can get access to an actor’s career with one click. But some require two.

Some actors work so much that their filmographies get their own Wikipedia page. The ones who earn such a feat are mostly who you would expect. Robert De Niro, Meryl Streep, and Denzel Washington have Wikipedia pages devoted solely to their work on stage and screen. It makes sense. They’re three of the best actors ever. Among their ilk is superstar character actor Richard Kind.

Kind has been consistently working in film and television since the mid-80s. His work in film is impressive, with appearances in everything from big-budget blockbusters to quiet indy darlings. Kind’s television filmography is dizzying. He’s wracked up an impressive list of credits, ranging from guest spots to starring roles. Now he’s adding another hit show to the list.

According to Deadline, Kind will lend his talents to the Fourth season of Only Murders In The Building. Details of his character have yet to be revealed, but he joins a cast that has grown considerably in its fourth season. New members include Eugene Levy, Molly Shannon, Eva Longoria, Kumail Najiani, and Zach Galifianakis.

It’s not like Only Murders was hurting for funny cast members. They already boast an impressive crew. But season four is gearing up to be something special, and each new name added to the call sheet solidifies that. Add Richard Kind to that list and baby, you got a stew going.
